What To Expect With Chemical Peels 

We administer chemical peels right in our office and typically do not need to use anesthesia. You may experience a mild stinging sensation when the peel is applied in layers. We will need to clean the skin before applying the peeling solution. You may notice some redness and irritation. It is unlikely for you to flake and have peeling of your skin afterwards. Any swelling or discomfort will subside shortly after treatment. As the skin heals and renews itself, you will notice a significant difference in the appearance of your skin.
